Rollfit® Technology
We are pleased to represent RollFit® filtration systems, which are unique in the world of drying and dewatering technology. It is a multi-modal pressure filtration system that brings the advantage of variable pressure inside the filtering chamber. It is also designed to process trapped solids more completely in the chamber through the combined interaction of pressure, steam and vacuum. The filters are made of a polymeric material that can handle organic and inorganic feedstock.
Technology
The process is straightforward: in a single operation involving two stages, the liquid waste is first dewatered and thickened; then the solids are dried to a level required by the client. We apply this technology in the recovery of valuable residual materials. The systems can be modular, or standalone.
